For 30 years we\'ve been independently developing and publishing incredible video games at our multiple studios founded by Jason & Chris Kingsley, but Rebellion is more than just games. We have our own film and mo-cap studio, we create board games, publish books, and through 2000AD, publish comics and graphic novels such as the amazing Judge Dredd. Our recent acquisition of Blackshore, a leading global network, talent management and marketing agency, opens exciting opportunities for both businesses by bringing together two industry leaders who share a common vision to entertain.

Blackshore Inc is in search of an enthusiastic and dynamic YouTube Talent Manager to join our growing team. This new role can be operated remotely from anywhere in the world.

As a key addition at Blackshore, you will be at the forefront of signing and representing YouTube content creators. Your insights into YouTube culture and your drive to engage with and sign YouTube talent will be a driving force behind the growth of our affiliate talent agency, the scope of our marketing campaigns, and the success of our owned & operated YouTube channels.

This is a full-time independent contractor position to be worked remotely.

Responsibilities:

Trend Analysis and Outreach:

• Uncover Trends: Identify, analyze, and monitor the latest YouTube content trends to inform targeted sales strategies and content programming directions.
• Engage Emerging Talent: Discover and connect with emerging YouTube content creators, assessing their suitability for our team\'s vision.

Talent Onboarding and Enhancement:

• Holistic Assessments: Identify candidates for paid channel leader and voice actor vacancies, enriching Blackshore\'s content offerings across our owned and operated YouTube channels.
• Synergy in our Business: Leverage paid content creation roles and Influencer marketing opportunities to incentivize talent, expanding our talent management vertical.

Talent Management and Relationship Building:

• Talent Expertise: Proactively work with our signed talent, fostering their development and success.
• Roster Expansion: Cultivate strong relationships with signed talent and expand your roster through referrals.

Strategic Collaboration and Innovation:

• Revenue Generation: Collaborate with management to explore and analyze innovative avenues for YouTube revenue generation.
• Conceptual Development: Track and share content trends for new owned & operated channel concepts.

Sales Excellence and Results:

• Exceeding Goals: Strive to meet or surpass established sales goals and objectives, driving tangible outcomes.
• Internal Support: Actively contribute to our team\'s internal initiatives aimed at fostering growth and success.

Requirements:

• Innovative and resourceful problem solver.
• Deep understanding of YouTube content creator culture, Influencer dynamics, and gaming culture.
• Proven capabilities in prioritization and time management.
• A self-motivated go-getter with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortably navigates Excel, Google Slides, and CRM software (Hubspot or equivalent)
• Excels in client interactions, cultivating enduring partnerships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with ease.
• Holds a college degree (or equivalent), with an emphasis on media and marketing.
