Are you a qualified social worker with experience in youth support? Do you enjoy working with young people to help them thrive in their communities? If so, we would like to hear from you. We are currently hiring a Youth Support Social Worker in South East England on a stable contract. Please note: There is permanent vacancies available , paying up to \xc2\xa350,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
  • Work with young people to assess their needs and develop care plans
  • Provide practical and emotional support to young people and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including health and education services
Requirements:
  • Accredited qualified social work degree
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and experience in children services
  • Post-qualified experience in youth support
  • Current professional registration with Social Work England
  • Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
