We are seeking to appoint a person to provide targeted intervention and support for young people/young adults aged 16-25 years those who are known and not ready to engage in education, employment and training. The worker will make use of effective networks to provide bespoke, needs based support and intervention for young people 16-25 in or at risk within their own communities and through Carmarthenshire.

DBS level:
