Salary: \xc2\xa325,400.00 to \xc2\xa330,200.00 dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience

At The Prince\'s Trust, we\'re passionate about supporting young people aged 11 to 30 to get into jobs, education and training. We\'ve got an exciting opportunity for somebody enthusiastic to work with young people to join our vibrant employability team as a Youth Development Lead! This role is hybrid, but will require you to be in the office 3 days a week to collaborate with your team, with potentially more days on programme when you are facilitating programmes.

You will join one of our Employability Programmes in London. Our Employability Programme improves Young People\'s employability and the specific skills they need to help them succeed in the workplace, increasing their chances of obtaining a job offer! These tailored programmes support young people in removing barriers to achieving their goals.

What does a Youth Development Lead do?

As a Youth Development Lead (YDL), you will be at the heart of our Delivery Team. Each day is different and there are always exciting projects for you to get involved in! Your day-to-day activities to make an impact will include:

• Reporting any safeguarding concerns for young people on your caseload. This includes completing complex risk assessments, liaising with external agencies, and producing safeguarding reports.
• Attracting, engaging and onboarding young people onto the course through social media, job centres, working with community groups, job fairs and local outreach events.
• Writing, developing, and delivering employability sessions in collaboration with Delivery Partners, both face-to-face and virtually (using MS Teams).
• Developing quality relationships with young people, volunteers, and delivery partners to thrive in both team and independent work.
