• Hybrid Role Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will support the insourcing of the borough\'s leisure services to the council.

Advising directors and managers on the professional aspects of HR including management of employees, HR policy and procedure, legal implications, consultation and TUPE transfer for the insourced service you will have experience of all aspects of change management to ensure the Council has the right workforce to deliver its services and minimise risks from change.
You must have experience of large organisational transformation programmes.
You must have a comprehensive working knowledge of employment law particularly in relation to TUPE and be able to demonstrate experience of insourcing services including staff engagement throughout the process.
You will be an excellent, accomplished communicator, able to work collaboratively and to engage and influence a wide variety of audiences, and capable of influencing teams through change, whilst always maintaining professional credibility.
You must be able to apply insight, produce and analyse data, support, and implement culture change and engender trust and confidence with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Experienced in major organisational transformation programme you will be resilient and self-reliant ready to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
You will be required to be based in the office at Whitechapel Town Hall two days per week and be flexible in attending meetings within the borough relating to the TUPE transfer.
Contract :
Initial 3 to 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend
Monday to Friday 9AM TO 5PM
Paye via Umbrella (Pay negotiable depending on experience)
