We are looking for an enthusiastic stockperson with experience of calf rearing to take overall responsibility for the unit's calf rearing operation; rearing all newborn to sale/rearing as stores and including around 200 heifer replacements a year from newborn to weaning that are key to the business.This will suit someone with a high level of attention to detail who is not afraid to pick up a broom when necessary.Brilliant facilities on the farm overall within an igloo style housing system.There will be additional varied young stock and dairy cow work on the unit for which training will be given which includes some holiday cover relief milking in the dairy team.
