About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the education and care of a class of children in Year 3. The children in this class will have a range of needs, and the ideal candidate will be able to provide them with the support they need to thrive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and assess the learning of a class of children in Year 3
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure the children\'s needs are met
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Provide support for children with additional needs
- Liaise with other professionals, such as speech and language therapists and occupational therapists
- Attend meetings and contribute to the development of the Key Stage 2 provision
- Qualified teacher with experience of teaching in Year 3
- Experience of working in a primary school
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with parents and carers
- Ability to manage a class of children
