Yard Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a full time Park & Launch/Yard Man. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team at our busy park and launch facility.
Your duties will include:
Maintaining Yard appearance and cleanliness
Control of all yard movements including park & launch department
Launching and retrieving of customers boats and watercraft during Park & Launch opening times
Basic maintenance/upkeep of tractor fleet.
Prepare & maintain boats including washing, polishing etc.
Troubleshoot minor issues with machinery and trailers, general mechanical knowledge would be an advantage
The applicant should be able to work independently where required and able to work under pressure to maintain the high level of service our customers expect from us at all times.
Being able to work in a clean and safe manner is essential
The applicant should be confidant and able to interact with customers directly
A full UK driving license is essential
Towing experience is required
Working hours
1stMarch - 31st October - 48hrs min per week including weekends and bank holidays 9am to 6pm
1stNovember - 28th February - 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
