Dynamique Childcare, located on Carlton Road near Bakersfield and Carlton Hill, is an Outstanding rated childminding business seeking a dedicated individual to join our team to support our school runs and EYFS children at busy times.

Position:

Wrap around childcare assistant

Location:

Dynamique Childcare, Carlton Road, Nottingham, NG3

Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 7:30-9.30 AM to 3.00-6:00 PM. (15 hrs week) Term time only with the possibility of extra hours in the day during Sept-Dec 2025 or additional afternoons as demand allows

Salary:

Competitive and negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Plus care for under 11s before and after school. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning, wellbeing and development. Observe and supervise children to keep them safe Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for all children. Collecting children from school or getting them to school on time, promoting road safety and good discipline. Help with breakfast and afternoon snacks

Essential Requirements:

Minimum Level 2 Early Years/childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent). Higher teaching qualifications also accepted. Reliable and punctual Age 17+ Experience working with children in an early years setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and caring approach to childcare. A driven and sociable team player who can work under pressure and whom will add personality to the setting A team player with initiative.

Desirable:

Full UK driving licence and access to a car 12hr Pediatric first aid certificate (in last 3 years) Special needs experience Ofsted ready
