We're looking for an honest, motivated and organized individual to join our growing team in a hands-on Workshop Assistant role. Role Overview:
As a Workshop Assistant, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will manage orders and shipments, oversee stock, product & tolling inventory, assist with workshop tasks and help maintain a clean, efficient work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in engineering, with a rapid career growth potential for an ambitious individual to learn CAD design, CNC machining, and to become involved in exciting technical projects in the motorsport industry and work on components for some of the most valuable and iconic cars in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process orders, ensuring prompt and accurate shipments.
Organize, monitor, and maintain product inventory; order materials, supplies and components as needed.
Package components for storage or shipment, maintaining quality standards.
Keep the workshop clean, tidy, and well-organized.
Assist with loading and unloading machines, including setting up and moving materials.
Liaise with the team regarding manufacturing schedules and workflow priorities.
Support workshop operations with general tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
Follow company health and safety policies at all times.
