Workshop Assistant
Job Description
Workshop assistant required for busy joinery and shopfitting company. The role will involve various daily tasks .
MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY. Possibility for full time permanent contract at the end of temporary period , for the right candidate
Duties will include
Loading and unloading deliveries , and manual handling
Cleaning , finishing and packing of goods
General warehouse duties + housekeeping
Assisting all departments when required
Candidates should be physically fit with a good level of numeracy skills. You must be reliable and show excellent timekeeping and attendance ,
Overtime work may be required in busy periods
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 weeks
Pay: 12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 06/05/2025
