Site Foreman Required - Clover Design & Build

Clover Design & Build (CD&B) is seeking a highly skilled Site Foreman to join our expanding team.

We specialise in residential refurbishments, extensions, and HMOs across Sussex and Surrey.

About the Role:

Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Hands-on role: working with tools alongside other tradespeople Managing, hiring, and dismissing trades as necessary Ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard Reporting directly to senior management
Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of site experience (residential focus preferred) Proven leadership and people management skills Ability to organise and motivate subcontracted teams Own tools and reliable vehicle (company vehicle option after 6-month trial) Strong understanding of health and safety practices Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
