WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are hiring a team of VIRTUAL Full -Time Remote Home Working CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVES / ANSWERING SERVICE AGENTS (UK Residents ONLY)
SHIFTS/DAYS/HOURS · 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday
SALARY/TRAINING/PAYE · Paid Training £26,000.00 PA:
SALARY/TRAINING/PAYE · Starting Salary £26,000.00 PA / £30,000.00PA+ Bonus
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD JOB DESCRIPTION/DETAILS
· Answering inbound phone calls from customers, determining the need of their service & taking full ownership of the onboarding cycle + Outbound Calling + Email + Written Correspondence
· Previous customer service or contact centre/answering service experience - 1 year (minimum)
· Customer Service-driven
· Positive attitude
· Professional phone etiquette
· MUST be able to work Monday to Friday & permanently REMOTE WFH & be a UK resident
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD QUALIFICATIONS
· Degree educated or equivalent (preferred, not required)
· Collecting caller information accurately
· Provide support for your team
· Exceed caller & client expectations
· Possess a clear speaking voice
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills
