TELE-RESEARCHER/TELEMARKETER OUTBOUND CALLING

This position reports to the Director.
Monday to Friday 8.30AM – 5.15pm
Office Based HOVE SUSSEX
Basic salary £25,000.00 PA + (based on experience) + Commission + Bonus

What you do?
Deliver extraordinary B2B customer service by contacting target audience
Develop and foster business relationships on every interaction that builds rapport from the start to the end of the call
Document the necessary profile information and update the CRM with all relevant insights and responses
Ensure that all interactions foster business satisfaction, effectiveness, proficiency, and quality.
Who are you?
Possess University degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 1-3 years of B2B telephone experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
Medical and/or call centre experience is a preferred
Must possess ability to think outside of the box and demonstrate objection-solving skills
Must have a strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
Detail oriented
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
