Job Description

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD is looking for a Telephone Enrolment Agent to sell and enrol students onto University Master’s and Undergraduate programmes. Applicants should be comfortable handling calls and emails and have knowledge of sales, pipeline management, and best practice.
Basic computer skills are essential, including MS Office Suite
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promoting and selling courses over the telephone
Achieving sales targets
Maintaining positive relationships with customers
Outbound and inbound call handling
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in a sales and contact/call centre role
Customer service experience
Experience in Higher Education (not essential)
University degree (not essential)
 
JOB DETAILS
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Employment
Salary: £26,000 PA + Uncapped Commission + Team Bonus, PAYE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00AM – 8.00PM (7.5 Hours per day)
