TELEPHONE BOOKING AGENTS - JOBS IN BRIGHTON & HOVE SUSSEX
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Summary:
To provide full telephone support services to prospective & current customers.
Make outbound calls to interested customers.
Send well written email communication.
Answer inbound calls.
Work Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
Salary is £26,000.00 PA + Commission.
Job location is Brighton & Hove SUSSEX.
Job status is Full-Time & Permanent.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Description of Duties & Tasks:
• Provides telephone customer service & sales; assists customers with registration issues
• Answer incoming calls & responds to inquiries.
• Performs various data entry & clerical duties to maintain accurate records.
• Responds to inquiries telephone, web, email, regarding application status.
• Provides information as requested.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Skills:
• Maintaining an established work schedule.
• Effectively using interpersonal & communications skills including tact, discretion & diplomacy.
• Effectively using organisational & planning skills with attention to detail & follow-through.
• Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information & materials.
• Applying accurate record policy & procedures.
• Establishing & maintaining effective working relationships.
• Effective customer-orientation when working with a diverse population.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Technology Skills:
• Use a variety of spreadsheet, word processing, database, & presentation software.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Required Work Experience:
• One year of telephone-based work experience (sales/customer service/ call centre)
