Customer Service Advisor
Job Description
Salary: £19,000 - £22,500 PA
Location: Central Brighton, East Sussex
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will not only be there to help learners with their learning journey via telephone, postal and/or electronic enquiries, but also provide them with exceptional customer service.
Duties include:
Registering and supporting learners over the phone
Ensuring deadlines are met
Maintaining accurate contact records for the learners
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD YOU WILL NEED
Best suited to friendly, enthusiastic people who can work independently.
Must have excellent telephone manner and be comfortable using MS Office programmes (Word, Excel)
