CALL CENTRE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD – East Sussex/ Full-time Role/Office Based/PAYE/Brighton
CALL CENTRE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Salary: £26,000.00 per year + Team Bonus + Rep commissions OTE £32,000.00 year one.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Location: Office based central BRIGHTON SUSSEX
Job Status: Full-Time. Permanent. Office based. Hybrid offered to long term employees.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are hiring sales professionals with strong customer service, sales, or call centre experience, great engaging personalities, and excellent telephone skills.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Engage with customers enquiries through various channels (voice, email, SMS, etc.)
-Deliver exceptional customer service
-After initial training and early development, begin maintaining and scheduling your customer base.
-Successfully acquire new customers through fielding new inbound inquiries and actively responding to web-enquiries
-WORK and collaborate with members of cross-department team to manage active, in-process timeline and provide exceptional, responsive customer service
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD – MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
-University Degree Education preferred but not essential
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to effectively work with a team
-High degree of professionalism and business acumen
-Previous tele-sales experience/ call centre experience (other professional contact centre experience involving high level of customer service and communication skills may be considered)
