WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD About the Role: Day to day activities that include prospecting for leads both indirectly through referral sources, & directly to prospects ascertaining prospect & market needs, crafting & presenting prospect & market solutions, in the form of a proposed partner structure, researching, sourcing & collaborating both internally & to the prospect, & closing/referral deals.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job details:
• Office based in Central BRIGHTON SUSSEX.
• Starting Salary of £23,000.00PA/£26,000.00PA DOE.
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
• Full Time & Permanent Employment.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD What You Will Do:
• Develop business through the cultivation of contacts within a Professional Referral Network.
• Develop & maintains a network of reliable business development advocates.
• Complete understanding of prequalification, pricing & proposal models.
• Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation, both verbal & written, with business owners & decision makers.
• Sell consultatively & makes recommendations to prospects & clients of the various solutions the company offers to address their business issues.
• Maintain CRM database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, & networking.
• Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
• Partner with other departments to maximise customer growth & retention.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD What You Will Need:
• Experience in delivering presentations both virtually & face to face.
• Two plus years of experience of generating leads in sales, recruitment, or not-for-profit sectors.
• Based in Sussex &/or a commutable distance from central BRIGHTON.
