WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD has an exciting new opportunity for a UK based Senior Trainer Sales Coach to join their GLOBAL partner contact centre/call centre based in the UK.
The ideal candidate is someone with prior REMOTE TRAINING & SALES COACHING experience (Outbound Sales/Technology/Telesales/Digital CS/Call Centre) with a proven track record of success with a desire to take those skills to drive the success of Working Recruitment LTD & their partner companies new & existing team members based both IN-OFFICE & REMOTE TEAMS.
Experience as a remote sales trainer focusing on REMOTE sales team development as well as experience with rolling out new programs is expected.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities:
The Senior Trainer/Sales Coach is responsible for fostering a culture of learning & growth across the sales teams while driving consistency in execution.
The Senior Trainer/Sales Coach will deliver coaching, mentoring & enablement that incorporates sales strategy & proven methodology.
The Senior Trainer/Sales Coach develops individual & team capabilities & drives productivity through best use of sales methodology, tools, & techniques.
Coordinating with Sales Leadership team to focus on key sales technique opportunities, the Senior Trainer/Sales Coach will align on Go-To-Market strategy & messaging, & ensure smooth partnerships with sales, sales operations, sales enablement, & training teams.
• Train, coach & motivate new & existing sales agents & sales leaders, by bringing the Sales Development program to life, ensuring that every new agent has the practical skills needed to be excellent in their roles
• Facilitate one-to-one & group coaching to drive continual learning & up-skilling sales techniques (virtual trainings could average 3-4 sessions per day)
• Meet regularly remotely with leaders to deliver insights on skill gaps & opportunities, using the data from a multitude of sources; provide continuous feedback, reporting & ongoing communication of new hire progress to sales managers; & review their key metrics & hold them accountable to completion of actions
• Create, monitor, & provide tracking of results; prepare periodic performance feedback & reports detailing sales teams' coaching goals, trends & weaknesses
• Facilitate & drive sales calibration sessions & group coaching sessions for sales teams, ensuring consistent evaluation & coaching practices & standards of excellence by ensuring that all evaluations, observations & coaching sessions are consistent with Sales Strategy across teams, campaigns & departments.
