WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are hiring a team Territory Business Sales Specialists to work in the LONDON territory (Adult Pharmaceutical Sales & Training).
Starting Salary - Full-Time £45,000.00PA/£55,000.00PA + Bonus + Commission
Starting Salary - Part-Time £45,000.00PA/£55,000.00PA + Bonus + Commission pro rata
Hours of Work - Full-Time 37.5 hours PW
Hours of Work - Full-Time 25 hours PW
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Requirements
Develop & execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, & establish a network of relationships with key decision makers & stakeholders.
Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties.
Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person & virtual engagement – being able to leverage next generation ways of working to maximise efficiency.
Utilise data sources to maximise strategies & efficiencies to capitalise on opportunities with the greatest ROI.
Attain or exceed assigned sales & profit goals.
Manage & track territory specific information through a CRM system
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
At least 2 years of Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Education Industry sales experience
Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory – track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to Healthcare Providers.
Excellent organisation & time management skills.
Outstanding oral & written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal & virtual engagement skills.
Independent, with an ability to work within a team.
Attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
