WFH INBOUND REMOTE CALL CENTER SALES AGENTS - Kingston Jamaica
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Summary of the Position:
WORKING FROM HOME, the permanent REMOTE Sales Representatives uses a consultative sales process to understand the needs of potential customers, guide them to the best possible solution, answers questions & provides them with the services that best suits their needs. All equipment supplied by Working Recruitment LTD & partner business – Laptop, Telephone, Data, Tech support
This is a full-time REMOTE WFH position open to residents of Jamaica ONLY
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Essential Duties:
Respond to web enquiries & make outbound sales calls
Respond to inbound phone calls & sales inquiries in a timely, efficient & professional manner
Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate customers on what products/services will best fit their needs
Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features & business applications of the company's services
Performs other related duties as required
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:
Must work from home on a permanent contract
Must be a resident of Jamaica
Must have excellent organisational, written, & oral communication skills
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requires an excellent telephone & personal demeanour
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Requires the ability to work cooperatively on a team with other inside sales representatives
