Working Title: Telephone Sales Associate – Jobs in Brighton & Hove
Location: Greater Brighton & Hove Sussex
Salary: Training Paid at £23,000.00 / £25,000.00 PA + Bonuses 
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are seeking Telephone Sales Associates to join our Brighton & Hove telephone sales team focusing on new business acquisition. The ideal candidate thrives on reaching out to new clients & is able to form strong client relationships
Responsibilities
• Identifying & developing potential new clients through telemarketing/outbound calls
• Generate new business & growth by prospecting after new relationships
• Having a consultative approach with clients by understanding their business needs
• Responding to email queries, & converting leads into client relationships
• Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Providing detailed information to prospective customers & educating them on the features & benefits of WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD’s client USP
• Maintaining contacts & outreach in Salesforce
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in a performance-based role
• Experience in an inside-sales, high velocity, transactional sales role
• Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Comfortable speaking to & persuading prospective clients on the phone
• Team player who possess excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Attention to detail; excellent organization & time-management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
