WORK from home, performing telephone sales for our global utility companies UK department.
Inbound/100% Welcome Calls. Full-Time hours, Permanent Contract, REMOTE WFH Paid Training
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are looking for the best of the best & are actively hiring remote work from home telephone agents to take incoming calls from interested potential customers as well as answer high volume customer contact enquiries WEB CHAT, EMAIL, TELEPHONE This is a Sales role.
 
Job Location: UK residents. UK WFH REMOTE
Job Status: Permanent Contract PAYE
Job Hours of Work: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Job Training Pay: £26,000.00 PA
Job Salary: £26,000.00 PA / £30,000.00 PA + Commission + Bonus
 
: The Telephone Sales representatives primary responsibility is to receive a high volume of incoming calls & make a high number of outbound calls & present the client’s full service. In addition, each representative is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
 
Essential Duties & responsibilities:
+ Receive incoming calls from interested customers + Make outbound follow up calls +Ensure all customers meet established criteria + Introduction & explanation of service available + Provide excellent Customer Service to all callers + Excellent written work + Multitasking + Telephone
 
Essential Knowledge, Skills:
+ Excellent verbal & written skills + Detail oriented + Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision + call centre or tele-sales sales experience + Degree Educated + Must be a UK resident + Must have professional references + Must be comfortable making outbound welcome calls
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD offer softphone, full remote training, scripts, and ongoing support and are looking to add to our clients UK sales team of full-time agents who make sales from their home offices on a permanent full-time contract.
This opportunity is open to UK residents. Applicants must have consistent high-speed internet connection in a quiet setting at home.  All necessary technical equipment is provided & installed by WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD UK agents - Laptop, Telephone, Data, Training, Live ongoing support.
