WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are #hiring remote workers, wfh call center & sales representatives to support inbound & outbound customer service & sales projects for a wide variety of customers.
In this role, you will handle high volume inbound inquiries, make high volume outbound sales calls to UK customers & provide customers with quality product & services, this is a SALES environment.
LOCATION: WFH REMOTE WORK FROM HOME UK BASED HOMEWORK FULL-TIME PERMANENT

• Basic Salary starts from £26,000.00PA + Bonus + Commission
• 9.00AM to 5.30PM Monday to Friday
• Permanent Employment. PAYE
• All WFH REMOTE Equipment Supplied
• Must be a current UK resident

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Handle inbound & outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, & professional manner
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, & resolve customer issues
• Utilise systems & technology to complete account management tasks
• Accurately document & process customer enquiries in appropriate systems
• Follow all required scripts, policies, & procedures
• Utilise knowledge base & training to accurately answer customer questions
• Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information & personal information
• Appropriately escalate customer issues with the managerial team
• Ensure first call resolution through problems solving & effective call handling
• Attend meetings & training & review all new training material to stay up to date on changes to program knowledge, systems, & processes
• Adhere to all attendance & work schedule requirements
