WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are seeking PART-TIME Office Manager’s for a BRIGHON & HOVE based TV Production Company. The Office managers will oversee the Large Brighton Studio Building.
• Location BRIGHTON & HOVE SUSSEX
• Salary PART TIME £17,940.00PA
• Salary per hour £13.80PH
• Hours of Work 9.00AM to 3.00PM MONDAY TO THURSDAY
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Necessary skills & qualities:
• Professional written & verbal business communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented & organised
• Social media experience for business, a plus
• Online research skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Be a self-starter
• Be flexible, able to change course quickly
• Must be a capable & strong multi-tasker
• Analytical thinking skills
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities & Duties:
• Office administrative tasks for creative staff & clients
• Front of house & reception duties
• Manage the facility of 5000 sq. ft BRIGHTON venue
• Misc. business & client care projects
