Position Objective: WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are #hiring a full managed team of REMOTE WFH telephone sales execs to Work Remotely, from Home on an ongoing, full-time & permanent basis.
All equipment & technical support provided & delivered by Working Recruitment LTD.
(Laptop, headset, handset, data, home set-up etc.)
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job details:
• Salary£26,000.00PA (base) + Commission (individual) + Bonuses (team bonus)
• Hours Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.30PM
• Full-Time & Permanent Contract of Employment

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Essential Remote WFH Job Functions:
• You will conduct outbound calling every day to set follow up call-backs, ensuring outstanding customer service though regular follow-ups, reporting regularly to the customer.
• You will establish & strengthen relationships with your customers on every call.
• You will learn the benefits of all Working Recruitment LTDs client services & solutions.
• You will demonstrate high quality BEST OF CLASS customer service.
• You will consistently close sales & achieve monthly activity & revenue goals.

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Experience, Educational Requirements & Certifications
• Must have at least four (1) year of telephone sales experience.
• University degree preferred but not required.
• Must be a UK resident.
• Must have UK RTW documents.
