Job Location - Brighton & Hove Sussex
Job status - Full time & permanent. Office Based.
Job Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Job Salary - £23500.00 / £25500.00 + Bonuses
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Customer Services Specialist positions are responsible for building relationships with our clients’ customers in a B2B Telemarketing, B2B Tele Research, Outbound, Inbound, Telephone Contact Centre based in the city of Greater Brighton & Hove Sussex.
The Customer Service Representative BRIGHTON JOBS HOVE JOBS are all full-time & office based.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with customers via phone, fax, online chat, or email
Precisely document communications & actions
Process telephone orders accurately & timely
Work with clients directly on allocation & conduct weekly ZOOM & Video conferences
Meet departmental & individual goals including schedule adherence, average handle time, attendance & call quality
Escalate critical or complex issues to the proper level of management in a professional manner
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications & Job Specifications:
1 to 2 years Telephone Customer Service experience is preferred
A University degree or high A ‘Level results is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
Passion for providing outstanding Telephone Customer Service
Has a ‘can do’ attitude, great sense of teamwork & is enthusiastic
Good decision-making skills
Good research skills
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Organised Detail-Orientated
Able to execute duties with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, deadline driven, monitored environment
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Technical Expertise:
Accurately key data into systems with accuracy
Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Operate Call Center software & equipment
Basic Math skills
Intermediate public speaking & presentation skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Clear & professional diction
