WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are #hiring Telephone Contact specialists to handle high volume inbound callers as well as outbound calling on-line bookings in-office (BRIGHTON) & remote wfh (UK)
Office Based – Brighton and Hove SUSSEX
Remote Work from Home – UK residents only
The successful candidates will have experience in telephone customer service, telephone sales, contact centres, office telephone work and data entry
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Details:
The positions are full time & permanent.
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30PM (37.5 Hours per week)
Salary starts at £26,000.00PA/£30,000.00PA + Uncapped Commission.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities:
Follow company industry’s standards and best practices
Take ownership of all callers, diarise and schedule call-backs
Write professional e-mails, send out marketing material
Manage, supervise, and provide accurate company advice on all calls
High-Quality Customer Service standard
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Requirements:
Proven work experience as a telephone specialist (call centre/tele-sales)
Interpersonal and organisational skills
Team player with customer service orientation
Educated to a Degree level
