Hours of Work – 9.00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday
Job Status – Office Based. Full Time. Permanent Employment. Monthly Pay. PAYE
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD /Responsibilities
• Pick up transferred call from SALES TEAMs and complete booking paperwork
• Perform Move/Add/Change/Delete requests on CRM (phone provisioning, voice mail provisioning, extension, voice mail, etc.)
• Provide exceptional customer service support to our managed services partners & customers
• Monitor for requests & alerts & using company CRM
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications Required Expertise
• Good understanding of Telephone customer service
• Well versed with written administration tasks.
• Basic understanding of telephone sales techniques
• Experience using Excel
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment & passion for learning
• Ability to multitask, excellent written & spoken English
