Responsible for the management & implementation of qualified B2B telemarketing business leads. Coordinate & enter cross-functional appointments for Working Recruitment LTD Business Development & enter accurate application needs on the company CRM database

HOURS OF WORK: 8.30AM to 6.00PM Monday to Friday
STARTING SALARY: £25,000.00 PA + Commission

ELICIT REQUIREMENTS: 
Provide high quality cold/warm telemarketing & outbound telephone consulting
Assess & manage every business needs
Communicate with & develop solutions with technical & senior teams
Arrange & record business leads
Coordinate WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD client’s diary
Coordinate & contact all past service users in the portfolio
Review & prioritise plans of record
WORK with key business partners to support qualified leads
Communicate with the customers to ensure quality of product & service on a regular basis
Prioritise, record & make visible key project tasks to sales team members
Complete business case documentation for senior management on new business
Act as a liaison between the business telemarketing team & senior managers to ensure business project needs are adequately met with technology solutions prior to booked meetings
Assist the business in developing strategy for specific business process areas
Broker agreement between multiple areas of the business & development teams
