• Training £26,000.00PA paid training (2-5 Weeks REMOTE)
• Salary £26,000.00PA Base pay with a Bonus & commission plan.
• OTE Total compensation £6,000.00 + per year. OTE £32,000.00 Year 1
• Hours of Work Shift: 37.5 hours per week.
• Day of Work Monday-Friday 9.00AM – 5.30PM.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to join our UK business partners REMOTE WFH telephone sales team in the UK, United Kingdom, England.
• You will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads inquiring about our clients’ policies.
• Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer & drive the appropriate conversions.
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs & make appropriate decisions.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
• Multi-tasking between speaking & data capture.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• This position is responsible for meeting or exceed all sales goals set, adhering to the department KPIs, record proper timekeeping, adhere to the schedule set & manage their time accordingly.
• 2+ years of phone sales experience.
• Previous call centre experience.
• Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals & meeting deadlines.
• Strong phone presence.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving & conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
