OFFICE SUPPORT ADVISOR JOBS IN BRIGHTON
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities:
Support of informational databases.
Document production – telephone, letters, emails, memos, & reports.
Interface with internal & external customers, staff & management.
Multi-line telephone customer service & support.
Creating, maintaining, archiving & retrieving departmental files.
Creating & updating contacts via database system as necessary.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD offer:
Starting Salary is £20,000.00PA.
Hours of Work are Monday/Friday 9AM to 5PM.
Location is Central Brighton Sussex.
Working in In-Office.
Job Status is Full-Time.
Employment is Permanent.
NI Status is PAYE.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD job requirements:
Minimum 1 year in an administrative assistant/office support advisor role.
Organised self-starter who can work independently with little direct supervision.
High attention to detail, very strong organisational skills, & ability to think outside the box.
Strong telephone customer service, office administration & people skills are required.
Computer skills - proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Positive attitude & professional appearance & mannerism extremely important.
