LOCATION: Sales Primary Location: BRIGHTON SUSSEX Other Locations: MANCHESTER CENTRAL
SALARY: £25,000.00/£30,000.00PA + Commission
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 Hours per week
JOB STATUS: Full-Time. Permanent Employment PAYE
JOB TYPE: Hybrid Role
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Key responsibilities include:
• Drive New Sales from prospective clients.
• Partner with sales leaders across various sales & account management segments.
• Lead strategic selling in alignment with compliance & internal partner business requirements.
• Achieve New Sales CV Targets.
• Execute a transactional sales cycle.
• Sell core & supplier payments solutions.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications
• Hunter mentality
• Consistent record in telephone sales negotiations, leadership & closing skills.
• Understanding of complexities, nuances, & opportunities in payments industry across a variety of global markets.
• Thorough knowledge of successful consultative selling techniques.
• Extensive experience with complex sales planning & execution.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Uses lead sources to find opportunities & proactively schedule warm account review appointments with prospects
• Uses appropriate interpersonal styles & communication methods to gain acceptance for products &/or services.
• Exceptional thought leadership, critical thinking skills & project management aptitude.
• Outstanding presentation & negotiation skills.
• Strong collaboration & leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
