WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are Hiring a team of Claims Administrative Advisors for full-time, permanent work in-office capacity. Will suit bright, energetic people who will fit our clients fast-paced office environment in their Central Brighton & Hove call centre / contact centre.
Must be able to multitask & be organised in a support & administration role.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Details:
• £20,000.00PA.
• Central Brighton & Hove Sussex
• Full-Time Office Based.
• Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM.
• Permanent Contract.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Responsibilities:
• Onboard, Creates, Maintains, & manages client & employee files, adhering to regulatory agency guidelines, company policies, & best practices.
• Be able to operate our partner client’s office calls & assist in registration calls.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skill with both internal & external customers.
• File any physical paperwork, such as credentialing paperwork, appropriately.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Qualifications:
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, & Outlook.
• Administration experience.
• Telephone customer service experience.
