WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are #hiring Key Account Managers for our global clients UK office in central Brighton Hove, SUSSEX to make the call centres B2B Telephone Sales team successful.
 
The KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER will act as the point of contact for clients, prospects, BDM’s, Business Unit Heads & Sales Leaders. The Account Managers create & manage business strategies, architect & oversee delivery approaches, build successful relationships, & drive business results.
 
SALARY: £32,000.00 per year + Commission
LOCATION: Office Based BRIGHTON
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent
IN-OFFICE & SITE VISITS: required
EXPERIENCE: Sales: Strong Vendor Management Skills: Planning & Development Skills
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD requirements:
Knowledge of technical platforms, business models, subject matter, & trends; Strong problem solver & creative thinker with gravitas; Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients & be a real support to your team; Experience managing & monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts & account portfolios; Exceptional leadership/management skills & superb oral & written communication, with seasoned presentation skills; Strong IT delivery & channel knowledge & experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management & product development; Strong interpersonal & communication skills; Track record of leading teams; Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion; Sound business acumen; strategic skills & common sense; Effectively manages up & down; Strong negotiation skills.
