• Full time & Permanent position
• Salary Starts at £20,000.00PA
• Monthly Pay
• Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM
• Office based. BRIGHTON & HOVE SUSSEX
 
ENTRY LEVEL SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions & guiding product users through features & functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust, you must be curious to deep dive into the service, & you excel as a team player as well as working independently. You should also be familiar with contact centre CRM’s.
Ultimately, the Sales Support Team help establish our business partners reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales & after-sales procedures.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Responsibilities:
• Own incoming customer queries
• Serve as the primary point of escalation when customer issues arise, troubleshoot, & ensure quick resolution via email & phone.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their service issues are resolved.
• Identify customer needs & help customers.
• Share feature requests & effective workarounds with team members.
• Inform customers about new bookings.
