CUSTOMER TELEPHONE SUPPORT & SALES SPECIALIST BRIGHTON
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are looking for telephone customer service & sales experts who do not require a script to help our client’s customers.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities:
• Provide world class telephone customer service & sales.
• Field support calls, chat, & emails from existing customers about our product offerings.
• Try all avenues to solve a customer's issue, but if you cannot, explain the why with an empathetic ear
• Educate our customers on how to use our client services
• Work to continuously learn about the company industry sector in hopes of quickly becoming an expert
• Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
Requirements
• Team player - we win as a team.
• Enjoys being on the phone interacting with customers
• Must be a self-starter & self-learner
• 2+ years’ experience in a role that put you in direct contact with B2C & B2B customers
• Someone who enjoys a fast paced yet fun working environment
• Willingness to work hard & have fun doing it
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job details:
• Brighton & Hove SUSSEX
• Office Based
• Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
• £26,000.00PA/£30,000.00PA
• Full-Time & Permanent Employment
