HOURS: 9.00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday
IN-OFFICE: Brighton & Hove Sussex

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are seeking CALL CENTER SALES PROFESSIONALS to join our UK Call Centre Sales Professionals both in-office (SUSSEX) & WFH Remote workers (UK RESIDENTS ONLY).
As CALL CENTER SALES PROFESSIONALS you will assist business & residential customers via telephone, inbound & outbound calling, live chat & email providing them with accurate information, signposting & up-sell products & services that meet or exceed our partner client’s needs.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years prior Telephone Customer Service experience required.
Strong verbal & written communications skills.
Ability to multi-task & meet multiple demands.
Ability to identify, analyse & resolve errors.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to recognise needs & sell products or services.
Strong sales aptitude.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Education & Experience Required:
B2B B2C Telephone Sales Experience.
University degree a strong plus.
6 months of call center/telesales a plus.
