WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD #hiring experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERs to be the commercial lead for specific accounts/vendors/verticals for the UK & German IT distributor market.
• Office Location - BRIGHTON & HOVE SUSSEX.
• Salary - £45,000.00PA + Commission + Car Allowance + Expenses.
• Job Status - Full-Time, Permanent, PAYE.

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications:
• As our ideal candidate, you are dynamic, & enjoy a high-change environment that is focused on maintaining relationships with client lists, issuers, resellers, or ISVs.
• The position involves leading the end-to-end business development execution for key network projects including working cross collaboratively, obtaining internal & external resources, identifying & screening partners, & negotiating & closing commercial agreements.
• As a successful candidate, you are a self-motivated & driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• You love process flows & asking “what if?” to find & resolve issues before our customers do.
• You have a high level of professionalism, energy, & sense of urgency to “make things happen”.
• You can balance the needs of multiple clients & maintain a strong sense of empathy for your partners.
• You should have a consistent track record of building & sustaining strong, successful relationships across IT services.
• Applicable experience developing & scaling new business programs internationally is preferred.
• Travel required.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Key Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in IT technology at either a network, issuer, or POS.
• Direct experience structuring partnerships with networks, issuers, resellers, or ISVs is desirable.
• Develop collaborative & impactful relationships with diverse portfolio of IT providers to drive broad adoption client services & functionality.
• Deep experience negotiating business & technical terms across multiple internal & external partners.
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills & ability to develop strong working relationships inside & outside of Sales Business accounts.
• Strong ability to influence without authority, sell concepts internally & actively drive decision making across partners.
• Self-starter who works effectively & is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Expertise building business cases around market opportunities & partnerships - including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, & service analysis.
• Energetic & collaborative teammate who feeds from goal setting & achievement.
