BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/GREEK) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - REMOTE
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD. Our London Call Center has multiple openings for Bilingual (English/Greek) telephone sales & customer service agents to work remotely from the UK & join our WORK AT HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES based in the UK.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job details:
Salary: £26,000.00PA BASE + additional rewards.
Hours of WORK: Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Job status: Full-Time Permanent Employment. PAYE
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Requirements:
You must be a native Greek speaker proficient in English.
You must live within the UK to be considered for this role.
You must enjoy outbound telephone sales.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities:
This position handles a high volume of customer inquiries & requests via telephone, internet & written correspondence.  
Answers questions & resolves issues based on phone calls/letters, providers, & plan sponsors.  Anticipates customer needs.
Provides the customer with related information to answer the unasked questions, e.g. additional plan details, timeline details etc.
Upsell.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications:
Telephone experience in a sales-based environment such as a call center or sales.
Fluent Greek Language required.
The desire to work in a telesales environment WFH.
