WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Virtual Call Center/Telephone Representatives
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are hiring a team of VIRTUAL Full -Time Remote Home Working CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES / ANSWERING SERVICE AGENTS (UK Residents ONLY)
SHIFTS/DAYS/HOURS · 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday
JOB DESCRIPTION/DETAILS
· Answering inbound phone calls from customers, determining the need of their service & taking full ownership of the onboarding cycle + Outbound + Email + Written Correspondence
· Previous customer service or contact center/answering service experience - 1 year (minimum)
· Customer Service-driven
· Solid data entry skills - Type 30+ wpm
· Ability to communicate with all callers & partners in a professional manner
· Positive attitude
· Professional phone etiquette
· MUST be able to work Monday to Friday & permanently Remote

· Degree educated or equivalent
· Ability to follow instructions for client satisfaction
· Collecting caller information accurately
· Provide support for your team
· Exceed caller & client expectations
· Possess a clear speaking voice
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills
