Remote Customer Service Representative
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are looking for high end telephone customer service reps to help us provide best-in-class customer service for our Global customers.
As a full-time member of our Customer Service team, you will work remotely & will be responsible for answering daily customer inquiries via email, phone, & live chat.
This is a full-time permanent contract Working 37.5 hours per week.
**We cannot accept applications for residents outside of the United Kingdom**
Responsibilities:
• Deliver best-in-class telephone customer service with empathy, timeliness, & transparency
• Be a trusted telephone advisor to our customers, helping & guiding our customer throughout the entire onboarding process
• Embody the client in tone & voice in every customer interaction
• Creatively find customer-first solutions to every inbound call, going above & beyond to create immense customer excitement & loyalty
• Build & maintain relationships with our customers
Experience:
• You have 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or working directly with customers
• University Degree education

• Your own computer with the following technical requirements:
• Hard-wired, high speed internet
• Dual Monitors recommended
• A dedicated telephone (landline) or smart phone/device during employment
• USB Headset
• SSD drive to access our systems
