– WORKING RECRUITEMNT LTD is looking for a highly experienced Telephone Lead Generation Agents to rapidly broaden the reach of our clients Brighton & Hove business looking to scale-up the business. You will have telephone experience and be responsible for all aspects of the demand generation function, from outbound B2B calling through to execution. Must be willing to work from our Brighton & Hove, Sussex office
Responsibilities
• Lead the strategy & execution of demand generation & lead nurturing programs, with a focus on data-driven decisions & optimisations for generating qualified leads & building the sales pipeline across multiple geographies
• Track & report on performance leads & telemarketing campaigns
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver account-based marketing campaigns
• 2+ years of B2B/B2C telephone experience
• Analytical, with a constant focus on KPI’s & targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
