WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Customer Service Representative
Location – Central Brighton SUSSEX
SUMMARY: Call Centre Representative is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service in accordance with the mission & values of the Brighton based company.
Manages a high volume of UK inbound calls for WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD & their clients
Follows different communication Scripts based on call type.
Performs data entry for all inbound inquiry calls (name, address, email, phone number, consents for texting & auto dial, etc.)
Representative will pre-qualify & schedule follow up contact.
Places warm outbound re-contact calls daily using an automated telephone dialler & update prospective records based on program of interest.
May perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: University Graduate or Degree equivalent required.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
• Requires basic knowledge of standards & processes of a high-quality customer service call. .
• Telephone Customer Service experience
• A minimum of one years’ experience as a Call Centre, Customer Service Representative, receptionist, or office related position.
• Experience with handling a high volume of telephone calls with courtesy, speed, & accuracy.
• Telephone Auto Dialling System experience preferred
