Telephone Customer Service Representative – Inbound Tele-Sales
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are hiring Telephone Customer Service Inbound Tele-Sales Agents to Work in offices in Brighton & Hove Sussex
Responsibilities:
• Establish customer relationships on each call & follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, & friendly customer service. Service include handling a high volume of inbound calls, responding to web inquiries via a high volume of outbound calling
• Develop rapport, schedule call-backs, identify customer needs, & market appropriate product & service
As a Customer Service Inbound Tele-Sales Agent, you will receive:
• A permanent full-time contract
• 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
• Office based
• Annual pay plus commission/bonus
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are seeking outgoing, career-oriented professionals to join their Inbound Contact Centre Sales team in Brighton.
Requirements:
• Sales experience (outbound sales, inbound telephone sales representative, telemarketing)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal & listening
• Dedicated to telephone customer service
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• University degree educated
