: WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are seeking skilled customer service telephone professionals to Work on a Customer Associate team who can advise & advocate for our client’s most important needs.
Customer Associates are telephone professionals who work in a call centre & understand that being there for our customers is our number one priority.
Customer Associate Key duties:
• Taking Inbound calls.
• Working in a fast-paced, changing environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking & communicating in an efficient manner.
• Working in a collaborative environment with a team of professional preferred customer associate agents & managers in a call centre.
• Communicating with clients throughout the entire shift with structured breaks.
• Navigating multiple computer systems while interacting with the caller.
• Listening to, understanding & providing needs-based customer service for our client’s customer base.
