Financial Controller Reporting and Accounting

Financial Controller Responsibilities:
Supervise the preparation of month end accounts & VAT returns
Ensure the completion of bank & balance sheet reconciliations
Budget & variances analysis
Managing the audit process & liaising with external personnel
Oversee the preparation of year end statutory accounts
Managing, mentoring & motivating the accounts team
Budgeting & forecasting
Contributing to company financial strategy & decision-making process
Undertaking financial analysis & reporting
Ensuring robust financial systems & processes are in place
Overseeing tax & compliance
Developing forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)
Annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly reports, statutory accounts, tax returns
Processing of monthly payroll & payments
Management & settlement of intercompany balances
Processes for & management of banking transactions
Liaison with the third-party accountants
Internal controls
