Customer Service Specialist (Call Centre Representative) Brighton & Hove, Sussex
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are currently hiring several Customer service Specialists to Work in Brighton & Hove Sussex.
Customer Service Specialist (Call Centre Representative) + Full Time + Call Centre + office based
The office hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Bonus earnings offered. The starting pay is up to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for pay increases & advancement within the company.
Benefits are offered after a 6-month probationary period.
The company is a large organisation that provides third party telemarketing, customer service, tele-research & voice call services to business clients. This is a very busy department that requires staff to make a large number of outbound calls.
To excel in this position employees must possess a friendly upbeat & professional attitude, enjoy working on the phone for long periods of time and a passion for true customer service.
Individuals with previous call centre customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
The CSR may be assigned to various departments & campaigns.
The CSR is assigned to a business client accounts & will be provided a script to read from when making calls.
Paid training is provided.
Verify account information, update account details, & provide account information.
Troubleshoot, research & generate leads.
Requirements: Basic computer skills + Must type 30 wpm or greater.
