CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB OPPORTUNITY!
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD have immediate hire opportunities for Telephone Customer Service Representative Positions in Brighton & Hove Sussex
+ Full time permanent availability accrued ~ full benefits included ~ paid training
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK DURING BUSINESS HOURS OF OPERATIONS- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Job Requirements 1. Education: Degree or Equivalent
Job Requirements 2. Location: Must be able to WORK in central Brighton & Hove
Position can start off remote due to Covid-19 but will be office based.
Job Requirements 3. Qualifications: SALES/ HEALTHCARE B2B SALES IS A PLUS/ CUSTOMER SERVICE/ CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (in some cases extensive experience in sales, hospitality &/or retail may qualify in lieu of call center experience)
Previous client service, sales, &/or call center experience
Excellent interpersonal, written, & oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft & Mac, including Microsoft Office & Excel
Ability to work in a team-fostered environment
Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Ability to prioritise & organise work
